1. Acceptance

By using Plnr, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the application.

2. Permitted Use

Plnr is intended for personal and collective use for event organization. You agree to:

• Not use the application for illegal purposes
• Not harass or harm other users
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures

3. User Account

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account. Immediately report any unauthorized use to [email protected].

4. Content

You retain ownership of the content you create on Plnr. By using it, you grant us a limited license to display and synchronize this content among your event members.

5. Subscriptions

Plnr offers premium features via monthly or annual subscription, as well as individual Event Passes. Purchases are managed via the App Store (Apple) and Google Play. No refunds are possible except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Plnr is provided "as is". We do not guarantee continuous availability and are not responsible for data loss or indirect damages.

7. Changes

These terms may be modified at any time. Important changes will be notified through the application.
