Privacy Policy

1. Controller and processed data

AzC, the publisher of Plnr, processes the data required to provide the service: account details (email, username and profile information), events, groups, tasks, answers, messages, expenses, invitations, preferences and the technical notification identifier.

2. Purposes and legal bases

  • Providing and securing Plnr: performance of the requested service and legitimate interest in preventing abuse.
  • Transactional notifications about your events: performance of the service, according to your settings.
  • Optional audience measurement: only with your consent.
  • Advertising in the free app: according to the choices collected by Google's consent platform where required.
  • Error diagnostics: legitimate interest in maintaining a reliable service, with data minimization.

3. Trackers and pixels

The website only loads Google Analytics 4 after you agree. Refusal does not affect any feature. The “Privacy” button lets you change your choice and withdraw consent at any time.

In the app, Firebase Analytics is disabled by default. You can enable or disable it from Profile → Privacy → Tracking preferences. Events, messages and task answers are not sent as usage analytics.

Plnr's code does not add email-open tracking pixels to transactional emails. The email provider's open and click tracking features must also remain disabled.

4. Advertising

Google AdMob may display ads to free accounts. In applicable territories, no ad request is sent until Google UMP has determined that ads may be requested. Advertising choices remain available from tracking preferences whenever Google requires it. On iOS, ATT permission is separate and can always be refused.

5. Service providers

Plnr does not sell your data. It is only shared with providers required for the service: Supabase (database and authentication), Firebase Cloud Messaging (notifications), Google Analytics for Firebase and GA4 (only after consent), Google AdMob (advertising), RevenueCat and the Apple/Google stores (purchases), Sentry (technical diagnostics), and Resend (transactional emails).

Some providers may process data outside the European Union under the contractual safeguards described in their data-protection terms.

6. Retention

  • Account data and collaborative content: for the lifetime of the account, then deleted on request, subject to temporary technical backups and legal obligations.
  • Audience-measurement data: no longer than 14 months.
  • Sentry technical reports: no longer than 90 days.
  • Consent choices: retained only to apply and demonstrate your preference, then renewed when necessary.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct and export information from the app, withdraw consent without affecting essential features, or delete your account. You may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection by contacting [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
